Inspection Policy
1. Definition
Inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package sent by colorliving.com.vn with the products listed in the order requested by the customer.2. Time of Inspection
colorliving.com.vn allows customers to jointly inspect the goods with the delivery staff at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes from when the customer receives the goods). After receiving the goods, if the customer rechecks and discovers any discrepancy, they may contact the customer service department for support with returns or exchanges.Note: Please record a video while opening the package for reference if needed.
3. Scope of Goods Inspection
Customers are allowed to count the actual number of products received and compare the received products with those ordered after the staff confirms the order, based on the following criteria:- Basic product attributes: product name, quantity, and customer information on the order documents.
- The design/model as shown in the product’s representative images saved at the time of ordering and after order confirmation by staff.
- Absolutely do not tear open or unseal product boxes that have security seals or warranty seals.
- Do not scratch or reveal codes on products that have reward points or gift redemption programs.
4. Handling Steps When Received Goods Do Not Match the Order
- If, during joint inspection, the received product does not match the product ordered, please contact the hotline to reach the customer service department to reconfirm the order.
- In cases where colorliving.com.vn packs the order incorrectly according to the customer’s request, the customer may refuse to receive the goods and is not required to make payment. If the order has already been paid, the customer may request a replacement order or a refund; colorliving.com.vn will refund the customer as soon as possible.

Payment Policy
1. Cash Payment
Cash payment upon delivery at home via direct delivery. When the delivery staff arrives, customers inspect the products, receive the goods, and pay the delivery staff directly the amount stated on the invoice plus shipping fees.Cash payment at the store.
Customers who visit the store to view and purchase products may pay directly in cash, by card, or via bank transfer at the store. If you encounter any difficulties during payment or need support, please contact the hotline for assistance.
Obligations of the Seller and the Customer in Each Transaction.
1. Obligations of the seller:
- Provide goods of correct quality and quantity: The seller must ensure that the goods or services provided match the description, quality, and quantity agreed upon in the contract.
- Deliver goods on time: The seller must deliver the goods on schedule, at the agreed location, and under the conditions committed to in the contract.
- Provide relevant documentation: The seller must provide all necessary documents such as invoices, warranty cards, shipping documents, and documents related to ownership of the goods.
- Ensure the legitimate rights of the customer: The seller must ensure that the goods do not infringe upon the legitimate rights of third parties, such as copyrights or intellectual property rights.
- Rectify errors and provide warranty: If the goods are defective or do not conform to the agreement, the seller is responsible for rectification, warranty service, or exchange/return as requested by the customer.
2. Obligations of the customer:
- Make payment on time: The customer must make full payment on time according to the agreement in the contract.
- Receive goods on time: The customer must receive the goods on schedule and under the agreed conditions, including inspecting the goods upon receipt.
- Notify issues related to the goods: If defects are discovered, the customer must promptly notify the seller for resolution in accordance with regulations.
- Provide accurate information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding requirements, delivery address, and payment method to facilitate the seller in completing the transaction.
