III. Geographical Limitations for Delivery
For customers in other provinces who wish to purchase large quantities or wholesale customers who need to buy products, we will use delivery services provided by logistics companies. Shipping fees will be charged according to the rates of the service providers or based on contractual agreements between the two parties.IV. Allocation of Responsibilities Between Merchants and Logistics Service Providers Regarding the Provision of Goods Documentation During Delivery:
The delivery party is responsible for providing goods-related documentation during the delivery process.The carrier has the right and responsibility to provide invoices to state authorities upon request.
The delivery service provider is responsible for transporting goods according to the principle of “sealed and intact packages.”
On the packaging of all orders, the following information is included:
- Recipient information, including: recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address.
- The order’s tracking number.
- To ensure the safety of the goods, colorliving.com.vn will include an invoice.
- The invoice serves as a basis to support complaint handling processes, such as determining the market value of goods and ensuring lawful circulation of goods, etc.
V. Responsibility in Case Goods Are Damaged During Transportation
Regarding the provision of goods documentation during the delivery process. In cases where goods are damaged during transportation—whether delivered by our store directly or by a third-party carrier—we will be the party responsible for resolving the issue for the customer.Customers have the right to refuse receipt of the product and request an exchange or return in accordance with the “exchange/return with refund” policy. Any arising issues will be handled by us directly with the delivery partner to resolve compensation for the order in accordance with the cooperation agreement between our company and the third-party logistics provider.
